Meet Tyler

Tyler was a full-time dad of two young boys, and like a lot of dads, he found himself stuck with the out of shape “dad bod.” He trained hard, ate clean, and followed the "traditional advice" but he wasn’t seeing results fast enough, and it left him frustrated. Lachlan was a full time college student who had been lifting for years but felt trapped in the endless bulking cycle. All of your meals will be structured out for you so you know EXACTLY what to eat everyday and will be able to log it in our PRIVATE training app with our built in nutrition system. What if I’ve failed with diets and programs before?

That’s actually why most people sign up. They’ve tried quick fixes, random programs, or restrictive diets that didn’t last. What I do is different, I build your program completely around your lifestyle, your schedule, and your goals. As you progress, I adjust your workouts, nutrition, and habits so you never feel stuck or plateau. This COMPLETE system is why my clients get results they couldn’t achieve on their own.

Do I need to already be in shape to start?

Not at all. Some of my clients are beginners who just want structure, while others have been training for years but are frustrated by lack of progress. I build the plan around your exact starting point, so you can finally see results whether you’re a beginner or advanced.

How much time will this take each week?

The workouts and nutrition plan are designed to fit into your lifestyle, not take it over. Most clients train 3 to 5 times a week for about an hour, and the nutrition system is simple to follow no matter how busy you are. My goal is to make this something you can actually stick to long-term.

What happens after I book a call?

On the call, we’ll go through your goals and struggles in detail, and I’ll lay out the exact steps I’d take to get you the results you’re after. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll explain the package options and give you your exact investment. There’s no pressure, the call is simply to see if this is right for you.

I want to help the men who know they have more potential than the way they live right now to build the physique and discipline they need to dominate in all areas of life.

I competed and won my first natural bodybuilding show at 19, before competing twice more to win my natural pro card 2 weeks after my 20th birthday...

I never thought I would be able to build the physique, discipline, and mindset that I have now and it's my purpose to help YOU feel that same sense of confidence that the gym gave me.
